What additional cleaning and hygiene measures have you put into place?
We now have, enhanced cleaning protocols:
All rooms, bathrooms and common areas undergo regular deep cleaning, linens are washed at a high temperature in line with regulations.
Common areas are cleaned and high touch points are frequently disinfected (handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys) several times a day.
What preventive measures have been taken by your teams?
All staff have masks and hand sanitiser.
Our staff has been trained in social distancing measures and hygiene and safety standards.
They ensure they wash their hands as frequently as possible.
How have you adapted the breakfast service?
Your breakfast may be served in the dining area with table service (that has been re-designed) or in your room or to take away.
Entry into the dining room is regulated.
Social distancing measures are respected between all tables and chairs.
Do you have masks and hand sanitiser available for customers?
As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be invited to use the hand sanitiser provided to disinfect your hands.
